After setting up FTP accounts inside your Helm control panel, you may use Helm or any third-party software application to upload your files. Every account has a "db" folder (for databases, i.e. '.mdb' files) and a "wwwroot" folder (for website files). Please upload your website to the "wwwroot" directory. Any files that are outside of this folder will not be viewable on the Internet. This (outside of the "wwwroot") is a secure place to keep any confidential files (databases, important documents, etc.)

SmarterMail
Your plan includes POP3 and web-based email access, forwarding, aliases, auto-responders, and more! By default, anything@yourDomain.com goes to your primary catch-all email box (mail.yourdomain.com). Read email through the Web using our SmarterMail client or any other mail client you configure using your POP3 settings. Your email username is configured in the form of user@yourdomain.com for both webmail and POP3.
You may edit your email accounts easily using your Helm control panel.
SmarterStats We provide website statistics using Smarter Stats. You can activate Smarter Stats through your control panel by clicking on Statistics > Install. Find out information on who comes to your website including: web browser, country, referring site, and more! Statistical reports can be delivered to your inbox on a specified schedule.
All accounts support Microsoft Access, MSSQL, and MySQL. You can use our online control panel to setup your ODBC Datasources. For MS Access, please upload your database to the "db" directory.
